Quack The Duck met the owner of Laid-back Fitness awhile back and SFAC fully supports everything he and his gym stand for!  They are a bunch of great people who love doing fun stuff.  Sounds a lot like SFAC if you ask Quack.  On Sunday, March 26 from 6-8pm, SFAC will have a private event at LbF to receive instruction from a certified MovNat instructor and play in the Jungle.  If anyone would like to join the family at LbF, let Quack know.  LbF offers 25% off to SFAC members.
